A maximum of 6 Workmen with expertise relevant to your job will contact you by email. The email will contain information relating to the workmen previous experience and references and it is up to you to contact either 1, 2 or all 6 of them to provide you with quotations if the emails don?t already have quotations.

9. I am having trouble logging into my account, can you help?

If you are a tradesman and you have problem when you log in, what you need to do is check your username and password by requesting confirmation, an email will be sent to you with your account information, username and password. 10. I am having trouble purchasing credits for my account, can you help?

11. I bought credits but they are not reflected in my account?
|
|
If you buy credits using a pay pal "e-cheque" (a transfer from your bank account) we are unable to credit your ukworkmen balance until the funds have cleared. This usually takes less than 1 minutes but can be up to two working days at times. You will obtain a authentication e-mail from pay pal when the finances have cleared, after which your ukworkmen account will be credited.

13. I am a Workman, how can I improve my chances of getting jobs through ukworkmen?
|

? Make contact with a user who placed his or her job online recently. You may or may not have noticed that we contact you by email each time a job that we think is of interest to you is posted online. Always keep an eye out on your email and visit the site as regularly as possible. The day the job is posted is the best time to contact the customer, customers tend to respond to workmen that contact them first. ? Ensure that your general advert, and your user specific message are grammatically correct and appear professional. Your general advert should contain background information about you business. Further more your specific message should contain reference to the job in question. You should be seen to be taking an interest in the job in question. For example "Please contact me for more information..... " would be a poor message. ? If the user asks for a quote you should attempt to provide a price range for the job. You should be aware that other companies will in most cases will also be submitting price ranges to the customer. But as we all know, the cheapest price is not always the best. The quality of work is very important and it is always good to ensure the customer of the quality of work you provide.

19. I am a workman, how do you ensure that the site has enough jobs for the registered workmen?
